Maintain a superior HVAC system to regulate the air temperature of the facility well within the biological repository requirements during all seasonal periods. Facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system monitored by Accutech. The system monitors perimeter and interior of the facility as well as freezer temperatures on a round-the-clock basis. It is set up to report any fluctuations beyond the set limits in temperatures and Liquid Nitrogen levels, electric outage and functioning of the back up generator in addition to any break-ins or fire incident.
- Provide emergency generator service to operate all repository electrical systems in the event of an electrical utility power failure. The system always has fuel supply sufficient to provide full load of electricity for at least 3-4 days.
- Provide an uninterrupted supply of LN2 for all freezers by connecting them to a 3000-gallon LN2 storage tank. The LN2 storage tank always contains an adequate supply of LN2 to fully maintain all the freezers at optimum storage temperatures for a minimum of 7 days.
- Perform a manual LN2 fill on all your freezers, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, during normal business hours. In addition, we manually measure and record the LN2level as well as record the electronic reading of the temperature and LN2level for each freezer. The measurements and readings are performed twice daily during normal business hours. Copies of the recordings will be forwarded to you at the end of each month.
- Connect all freezers to our central and remote audio alarm system that is monitored 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Once the transfer is completed we will disconnect the effected freezer from all alarm and electrical connections to prevent any further equipment damage or false alarm notifications.
