INVENTORY OF STORED BIOLOGICAL SAMPLES

KTI offers services of inventory of specimens stored at our repository facility for each client. Initial inventory is either transferred to our system or is directly entered to our system if none exists beforehand. Inventory record for each vial is generated. The information recorded consists of project or study identification, material type, material description, condition of the material, its amount, location, and transaction record (shipped, processed, received etc.), and 'parental vial ID' for processed material. KTI maintains detailed SOPs for inventory process for specimens stored at our facility ensuring the validity and integrity of each specimen.
