Our Genomic, Proteomic and Glycomic solutions are offered as three categories of Custom Products and Services:
These services include custom microarray printing of biopolymers such as nucleic acids, proteins, glycoproteins, antibodies, lectins,
sugars or glyco-lipids on a variety of microarray surfaces; A variety
of hybridization or binding assays on microarrays; and Services such as
plasmid growth and DNA isolation, RNA isolation, PCR or RT-PCR reaction, etc. to
generate the biopolymers for microarrays or for their analyses.
Cell culture related services are offered for a variety of investigations including those utilizing high-thru-put microarray tools. EBV transformed B-cells are excellent source of sample DNA for studies utilizing microarray technology. Hybridoma development & growth to produce monoclonal antibodies can be used for protein microarray printing or analyses.
Cryo-preservation and Cryo-storage services complement biotech laboratory services via our Bio-Repository Facility.
KamTek extends development of these custom products and specialized state-of-the-art services to biotech communities in academia, government research labs, pharmaceutical and biotech companies. KTI's primary business focus is on molecular diagnostics for disease, and drug/vaccine efficacy. The researchers may be engaged in basic and applied research of medical, veterinary and agricultural importance.
